401 Summerhouse

Before buying this condo, we rented one of many Summerhouse condos every summer, so I have our condo how I’d like to have it if I were renting it.

We have been vacationing at Summer House since our honeymoon in May 1988.  We feel lucky to have purchased the end unit closest to the beach and we enjoy this location even more than ever!

My family and I enjoy brunch at ACME, hunting for seashells and shark teeth along the beach (we have found many!), picking up fresh seafood from Simmon's seafood for a relaxing meal at home, and shopping/walking around Charleston.
